Połączenie LEGRIS i PARKER!
Szanowni Państwo,
Uprzejmie informujemy, że w dniu 29 lipca 2009 nastąpiła rejestracja połączenia naszych Spółek: Legris Poland Sp. z o.o. i Parker Hannifin Sp. z o.o. Połączenie nastąpiło poprzez przeniesienie całego majątku Spółki Legris Poland na Parker Hannifin Sp. z o.o., zgodnie z art.492 par.1 pkt.1, w zw. z art.515 par.1KSH. W związku z powyższym Parker Hannifin Sp. z o.o. wstępuję we wszystkie prawa i obowiązki przejmowanej Spółki i będzie dla Państwa stroną we wszystkich łączących je umowach.

We are please to inform that legal merge of our entities: Legris Poland Sp. z o.o. and Parker Hannifin Sp. z o.o., has been registered in the Court on the 29th of July, 2009. It has been made pursuant to Art.492 § 1 Sec.1 of the Commercial Companies Code, by way of a transfer, of all the assets of Legris Poland to Parker Hannifin. Follows above, Parker Hannifin Sp. z o.o. takes all duties after Legris Poland and shell be a Part in all connecting the parties agreements. Please register those changes in your data.
